HOW TO REGISTER, AND SIGNUP FOR TWITTER ACCOUNT

We have noticed that most people find it very difficult to open, signup for a twitter account . In this write up am going to show you how you can easily start tweeting without any hitch.

What is twitter?

     Twitter is a small micro blogging or social media platform that allows users to send short messages called tweets to friends. Users of twitters can post or broadcast tweets to the public and at the same time follow other people's tweet. Tweets and responses to it can be done through so many channels. It can be done through text messages. desktop clients or through twitter.com .

However, the novice sees twitter as instant message because the short messages are delivered in real time.Thus, unlike other instant messaging platforms,that vanishes when the users closes the application , tweets are immediately posted to twitter website . These tweets are searchable, they are made public and they are made permanents. Whether you are in twitter or not in twitter, you can search and find any tweet of your choice.

Having known all these, let me now take by the hand and show the simplest steps on how you can signup, sign in and register for twitter. It is as simple as you can never imagine.

1.  Go to twitter official website www.twitter.com .
2. Tap the yellow button that is large with the inscription "SIGN UP FOR TWITTER"
3. Provide the require basic information about yourself.However, the only information that twitter requires from you is your name, a functional email address where twitter can be feeding you with information.
4. Choose your unique username. Here, you have to choose a username that is original. What do i mean by original? A username that no other person has but you alone.
5. Decide on how you would be signed in: Two check boxes would be displayed to you. One has " keep me signed in on this computer and the next has " Tailor twitter based on my recent website visits". If you check the first box, what it means is that the new account is your default account that you want to be logged in to  always. If you check the second box, what it signifies is that you are asking twitter to give you suggestions about people you might enjoy following according to your recent visits to websites that have embedded twitter buttons or widgets. Thus both boxes, one box or neither of them can be checked by you depending on how you like it.
6. The next  step is to click on the large yellow button that has the inscription " CREATE MY ACCOUNT". Once you have done this, twitter will take you to a setup screen, or some cases a CAPTCHA screen. or refreshes the screen in case any of the necessary fields indicates by red asterisk were not correctly filled in.( in so many occasions the appearance of the red marker is an indication that you are trying to signup for a user account that is already into existence, or that you wrongly spelled you email address.) However, by clicking the create account buttons . you are also agreeing to the TERMS and CONDITIONS of twitter service.
7. Thus, if you are redirected to type the CAPTCHA CODE , it is not a sign of any problem. The essence is for you to proof that you are a human being not a robot. This is also done to avoid SP#A#M.
8. Read and follow the tutorial that appears on your screen to find people that you know. The sign up process  include a way that you may find people that you know and people that you may want to follow based on category and to automatically connect with the people. You can follow the on screen wizard if tat is your choice .if you want to go straight to twitter just click bthe next button on the left hand side of your scree, Do not worry  on how to know it when it reaches. You will know that you are on twitter page when you gets to it. When you have followed all the laid down instructions on building your timeline, you would be taken to your newly created twitter account where you would be requested to confirm if the email account belongs to you. 
9. To confirm your email address just login to the mail that you used to oen the twitter account. Go to your inbox and you will see a message sent to you by twitter to confirm your email address. Click on the link and automatically your email will be confirmed.
10. Go to twitter homepage and login with your login information.
11. Congratulations. You are now a proud owner of twitter account.
